Led technologies

We have various LED technologies available, so there is always a LED frame that fits your needs. With Edge-lit, the textile print is illuminated from the edge of the profile using power LED, which ensures good light distribution. Edge-lit cannot be dimmed. With LED on Dibond, the textile print is illuminated from the back with LED pre-mounted on a Dibond plate. Wide-angle lenses produce an even light distribution. LED on Stabilizer is recommended for extremely large formats to ensure even light distribution. It illuminates the textile print from the back with LED mounted on stabilizers. With LED on Dibond and LED on Stabilizer, you can choose between two light intensities, three light colours and the option to dim the light. Thanks to Dynamic LED, you can practically bring your textile prints to life.

Edge-lit (illuminated from the side)

This type of lightbox illuminates textile prints from the side with powerLED, which ensures good light distribution. Edge-lit has a good price/quality ratio. The advantages of edge-lit are the relatively low power consumption and compact packaging, making the frame economical to transport. There is a slight chance of 'shadow spots' in prints with many white or solid-coloured sections. To prevent this, you can opt for a profile with the LED on Stabilizers technology. This technique provides beautiful illumination in all cases.

LED on Dibond (lit from the back) 

The textile print is illuminated from the back with LED pre-mounted on a dibond plate. Wide-angle lenses create an even light distribution. Narrow profiles are also possible with this LED technology, creating an elegant and contemporary look. LED on Dibond frames can be installed easily and quickly as they are delivered pre-assembled.

LED on Stabilizer (illuminated from the back)

LED on Stabilizer is recommended for large formats to ensure even light distribution with sufficient power. It illuminates the textile print from the back with LED mounted on stabilizers. Due to the stabilizers, any size is possible. As with edge-lit, the advantages of LED on Stabilizer are the relatively low power consumption and compact packaging, making the frame economical to transport.

Unique features of backlit lighting

A unique feature of LED on Dibond and LED on Stabilizer is the choice between two light intensities, three light colours, and the optional possibility to adjust those light intensities with a dimmer. For example, it may be desirable to display a print with a stronger light intensity during the day than in the evening. Optionally, the LED frame can be made compatible with DALI systems.
