Drachten, The Netherlands, October 3, 2023 - EFKA, a renowned manufacturer of aluminium textile frames and European market leader, is proud to announce the successful acquisition of DPI UK Ltd.

EFKA was originally founded in 1888 as a wholesaler in wooden frames and has been operating very successfully with the production of aluminium textile frames since 2009. Both illuminated and non-illuminated, and in any shape and size. EFKA is a supplier for the sign, exhibition and (retail) interior market and supplies exclusively to partners within this industry, such as large format printers, interior designers for retail and offices, sign makers, and stand builders. The company distributes to 27 different countries.

Service and supply to DPI's current customer base will remain unchanged. During the course of 2024, the integration of the two organisations will take place, and the EFKA brand name will become gradually more visible across the UK market.
